Properties

The properties team assists with management and maintenance of property.

Responsibilities:
  • Form a Properties Team.
  • Organize regular maintenance programs and oversee repair and replacement of the following:
    • heating and cooling equipment
    • lighting fixtures
    • plumbing
    • office equipment
    • lawn equipment
  • Arranges for regular check for fire hazards and maintaining fire codes.
  • Enlist work crews and oversees:
    • snow removal
    • lawn mowing and trimming
    • landscaping
    • cleaning and painting
    • special repair and improvements
    • general repair
  • Oversees the custodian and coordinates schedule with church functions.
